## As part of this section we will create Audiences in Adobe Experience Platform:

(Note:  Selected audiences used in the actual HOL may vary slightly from the steps below, due to presenter preferences, industry vertical or data being loaded at the time of the HOL.)

1. **Cart Abandoners: **

         This is an Event data based segment. It will include customers who;

- Visited the Luma Site and added some products to their cart but did not purchase

**     **2**. Platinum customers who are churn risks and abandoned cart recently: **

       This segment will expand on our first segment and add additional profile attributes. It will include customers who;

- Visited the Luma Site and added some products to their cart but did not purchase
- Have a Loyalty Tier value of "**Platinum**"
- Have an Churn score value of > 0.75
