**Before we get started!**

Data may have changed and coworker can interpret requests differently sometimes so don't panic if your results do not match exactly what you see in this guide. Take your time to read and understand the results. Put your hand up for assistance if you get stuck.

## Scenario

Crafting new retention scenario for Admiral customers is a continuous and recurrent try and error task to explore what works and what doesn't. This year Admiral is going to rely on AI to quickly create a journey based on a scenario that was just discussed during the weekly marketing meeting.

Your job: use Coworker to find the right pool, refine it into a campaign-ready audience, validate the logic, and save it for activation.

**Your constraints:**

- 48 hours to activate
- Must renew prior to the yearly price increase
- Must balance scale with precision

## Check your sandbox

Start by accessing Coworker via the 9 dots icon :inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/1Jp0iolWv35Z_mkI7oUiT/jcBi87FSCufDcXXCcajvR_image.png" alt caption size="50" width="70" height="82"} and select **Coworker** in the list.

## Orient: Explore Your Sandbox

Before building anything, get the lay of the land. Beneath the prompt input there are some examples from the prompt library. Go back to the home page.

Click on one of them (it may differ from the screenshot). Here, you can choose :
`Design an experiment to improve mobile checkout conversions` prompt, or anything you like.

The prompt is automatically added and executed. Read through Coworker's response and thought process when prompted with a task.

Continue your navigation to the **Customizations **screen from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. **Integrations **- Connects Coworker to external tools/services (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, Target, Workfront). You can add server to connect a new tool/service.
3. **Marketplaces **- Registries you can browse and install plugins from.
4. **Plugins **- Bundles of skills + MCP servers installed and managed together as a unit.
