We want to improve the existing Abandoned Basket journey for prospect dropping out from the Car Insurance quote form:

- We want to trigger a journey anytime a prospect starts a quote and does not complete it.
- We want to trigger an email to encourage them to complete their car insurance quote
- Then we start an experiment to find out which strategy works best between
 - Wait 1 day before sending any reminder
 - Wait 2 days before sending any reminder
 - Do nothing
- If we need to send them a reminder, send a reminder email about the car insurance quote they have started.
- Personalise the website homepage with car insurance related content
- At any point in time, if they contract a car insurance policy, don't contact them anymore.

## What do we need to create for this use case?:

- **Events : **
 - *To trigger the journey, we will listen to a "quote started" event and a "quote ended" event *
- **Email Notifications:**
 - *To send an email to the prospects, highlighting the car insurance quote.*
- A **web channel** **action**:
 - *To change the website and direct the prospect back to the quote. *
- An **Experiment: **
 - *To run an A/B/C test and direct the prospect to different paths of the journey.*
- A **Wait Period:**
 - *Includes a waiting period to allow event to take place before further actions are taken. *
- An **Exit Criteria:**
 - *To exit the journey and suppress any communication if they contract a car insurance policy at any point of time.*
- A **journey**
 - *To send the email messages to these customers.*
