## Create a Decision

NOTE:  Some exercises may vary during the actual Hands on Lab versus what is listed in the HOL Page, due to industry setup and / or Presenter preferences.

1. Navigate to Offers in the Left Menu

2. Select Decisions

3. Click “Create Decision”

## Define Name and Dates

1. Provide a Decision Name – Example: Coupon Decision - Initials

2. Provide Start and End Dates. Click “Next”

## Add Decision Scope 

1. Select placement of "Email - Image"

2. Click "Add" to add Evaluation criteria

3. Select your collection and Select Add

4. Confirm Eligibility is set to "None" and Ranking method “Offer Priority.” Click “Next”

## Add Fallback Offer

1. Click on the Coupon Fallback Offer. Click “Next”

2. Review Offer Decision. Click Finish
