## Create a Personalized Offer

### Create an Offer

1. Click on “Offers” from the Left Menu

2. Click on Create Offer

3. Select “Personalized Offer”

### Define Offer Details

1. For name of Offer, type “Apple Device - Initials”.

2. Populate the date ranges for Start and End Dates

3. Add your collection qualifier by search by your initials.

### Add Representations

1. Select Email as your channel.

2. Select the "Image" as your placement

4. Click on Custom and add this public location: https\://dsn-upload.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/projects/citi-signal/62e7b8751ef784d6
5. Otherwise, use an image from the library:

7. Provide the Destination Link: "

8. Click on Add Representation
9. Select Email as the channel
10. Select BriefMessage as the placement
11. Select Custom 
12. Type in the editor: The iPhone 16 Pro brings innovation and sophistication to the next level, pushing the boundaries of smartphone design and technology.
13. Click Next

## Add Constraints 

1. Set Offer Eligibility. Select Visitors who fall into one or multiple segments

2. Drag on the segments: Citi Signal - Interested in Apple Products
3. Set Priority: 0.  Do not Set Capping. Click Next
4. Review your Offer Details. Click Finish and Save and Approve

Your offer should look like this:
