## As part of this section we will create two Audiences in Adobe Experience Platform:



1. **Basic Cart Abandoners: **

         This is an Event data based segment. It will include customers who;

- Visited the Luma Site and added some products to their cart but did not purchase

**     **2**. Platinum customers who are high churn risks and abandoned cart recently: **

       This segment will expand on our first segment and add additional profile attributes. It will include customers who;

- Visited the Luma Site and added some products to their cart but did not purchase
- Have a Loyalty Tier value of "**Platinum**"
- Have an Churn score value of > 0.7
