**Hello AutoZone Team,**

**Welcome to the Adobe Journey Optimizer Hands-on Lab Page!**

We’re excited to have you join us, as we dive into the capabilities of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). These sessions are designed to be interactive, giving you the opportunity to explore AJO's features firsthand. These sessions will provide valuable insights into how AJO helps companies deliver connected, contextual, and personalized experiences to their customers.

Our goal is to help you gain practical knowledge that you can apply to your business, from audience creation to full-blown journey design. We encourage you to ask questions, participate in HOL exercises, and make the most of this collaborative learning environment.

**Let’s get started!**

### Accessing the Sandbox

- Use Chrome or Firefox
- Sign-out of your Adobe Experience Cloud applications
- Please use an "Incognito" (Google) or "Private Window" (Firefox) for your sessions, to be certain to avoid any cached credential conflicts.  As an example, right-click on your Google Browser icon, and select "New Incognito Window".  Image included below:

- Do not use your own credentials to access the demo instance for this lab. Instead, you'll use the credentials provided here

**To Start, click on the following Adobe Experience Platform URL:**

**Find your User Name in the list below and use the "AJO Login Username" assigned to your HOL User.  Also note the password below, is the same for all users:**

If you're asked to add in any additional data or to add a mobile number as part of your sign-in, **please ignore these prompts **and if allowed skip or otherwise ignore or complete the step with the defaults. If you have problems logging in, alert your presenter immediately.

## After Successful Login:

When you have successfully logged in, you should see the following screen:

## Navigate to Adobe Journey Optimizer:

When you first login, you made need to select "Adobe Journey Optimzer" from the pick list in the top right corner.  (It looks like 9 dots)  Click on this and select "Journey Optimizer":

If you see "Adobe Journey Optimizer" in the top left corner, you are in the correct location!
