**Welcome to this Hands-On-Lab**

This Hands-on-lab will demonstrate how as a marketer you can leverage Adobe's Real-time CDP powered by Adobe Experience Platform to bring the following user journey to life.

The user journey may be different for your business of course, for example for a Bank it may looks like this:

But the solution you need to solve this is the same. You need a System that is able to consolidate all your customer interactions, regarless of the channel, use this information to understand your customer, then activate relevant message accross channel to guide him thru this jounrey.
