1. (Note: Some steps presented in the AJO Modules may vary, depending on the presenter, as content frequently changes.) Navigate to Campaigns in the AJO Interface:

2. Click on “Create Campaign”

3. Click on "Direct Mail" under Actions and then choose the "Multichannel Marketing" from the message surface dropdown. Then click Create.

4. Provide a title (Newsletter Invitation - INITIALS) and if you'd like a description.\\

5. Under Actions, click 'Edit Content'

6. Within the Direct Mail File, provide File Name.
7. Click Add button. 
8. First Field Label will be First Name. Click on the Personalization Button and search for Personalization Attribute: First Name.

9. Do Step 7 and 8 but this time for Last Name and Address (Search for "Street 1" attribute and look for the Direct Marketing one.)

10. Go Back To Campaign Configurations. 
11. Under Audience, choose 'All Users' or 'Select Audience' to use a previously defined segment. Change the namespace to CRMID

12. Define Start and End schedule for the Campaign

13. Click Review to Activate. (Note: You do not have to Activate for this Lab.)

14. Confirm your File Design and then exit out of the designer.
