This is an upsell opportunity to promote on-board exercusions or activities. **Top Tier Customers Booked Trip Without Add-ons w Email Consent** In the **Customer** > **Audiences** portal, click the **Federated compositions** tab. Click the **+** button in the canvas and select **Build audience**. The right-hand rail should appear. Click **Select a schema** and select the **TANDH\_CRM** schema then click **Confirm** Click **Continue**.
