This lab will walk through the steps to create an Offer Decision.

NOTE:  Exercises may vary during the Hands-on Lab at the presenter's discretion.

## Create a New Offer

1. Select **Offers** from the left sidebar and click **Create Offer**

2. Select the **Personalized Offer** type

3. Name your offer **Upsell Hero -** and append your initials to the name. Give your offer a start and end date. Click Next.

4. Select the **Visitors who fall into one or multiple audiences** option for your offer eligibility

5. Add your **FAC audience** to the contraint by searching for the name and clicking the **+** button.

6. Your offer should now have an offer constraint. Click **Next**.

7. Add a second **Representation** to your offer

8. Select **Email as the channel** for both representations, **Email - HTML - Hero** for the first Placement,** Email - HTML - Body** for the second placement, and the** Custom** radio button for both.

9. Click **Next **and then click **Finish** to complete creating your offer



## Create an Offer Collection

1. Navigate to the **Collections** module and click **Create collection**

2. Name your collection **Upsell Hero -** and append your initials. Select the **Create static collection **option.

3. Select the offer you created and click **Save**

## Create an Offer Decision

1. Navigate to the Decisions module and click Create decision
2. Name your Offer **Decision Upsell Hero Decision -** and append your initials.

3. Click the **Placement** dropdown and select the **Email - HTML - Hero** placement

4. Add evaluation criteria for the decision scope

5. Select your offer collection

6. Add a second **Decision scope**

7. Repeat steps 3 through 5 for **Email - HTML - Body**
8. Select the preconfigured **Upsell fallback** offer and click **Next **and** Finish**
