## Profile Stitching - Web to CRM via onsite authentication

1. Follow the instructor as they log in to a demo site using an email address, resulting in a real-time profile stitch of their pseudonymous online profile to a known CRM profile.

### Exploring an existing profile in Adobe Experience Platform

1. Navigate to **Profiles** from the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click on the **Browse** tab.
3. Search for 'ECID' under namespaces.
4. Enter the lab instructor's ECID as Identity Value.

5\. Click View

Take a moment to view the unknown site visitor profile

6\. Now click on the Profile Id to exlore the profile tied to **Kathrine.Trythall\@fac-adobe.com**

7\. Review the known customer profile

- Basic Attributes
- Retail Profile Attributes
- Channel Preferences
- Identity Graph

8\. This dashboard provides all the information that has been onboarded for your customer, including

- CRM attributes
- Events and Interactions
- Audience Memberships
