## Meeting Notes

### 1. Redshift EDW Connection — IN PROGRESS

- Confirmed that a **PrivateLink connection is required** to connect Delta’s Redshift EDW to FAC.
- PrivateLink requires the **Privacy & Security Shield (PSS) add-on**. Adobe is currently working to obtain an exception from the BU to add PSS to the POC scope.
  - **Contingency Plan B:** To keep the POC timeline on track, Adobe will connect an Adobe-managed Redshift environment to Delta’s Org and use this environment to validate the POC use cases.
    - This workstream will proceed **in parallel** with the effort to integrate PrivateLink with Delta’s Redshift EDW, pending approval and addition of PSS to the POC scope.

### 2. FAC Permissions & Access — IN PROGRESS

- FAC permissions have changed, and we are currently unable to access FAC features within AEP.
- I have opened a ticket with the Adobe Engineering team and marked it as a **P1 – Blocker**.
- During our call, we confirmed that no permissions have been intentionally changed and that the AEP Roles and Product Profile permissions appear to be configured correctly.

### 3. Redshift Data — COMPLETE

- Updated Redshift tables containing dummy SkyMiles numbers have been added to the POC repository HERE.

### 4. Redshift PrivateLink Approval — IN PROGRESS

- The architecture diagram illustrating the PrivateLink connection between Redshift and AEP can be found HERE
- @Sharma, Shashank — Please review the architecture diagram and confirm whether this reflects the expected connectivity model.
- Please note that the **Privacy & Security Shield (PSS) add-on is a prerequisite for PrivateLink**. Adobe is currently working to obtain an exception to add PSS to the POC scope.

## Action Items

- **Adobe:** Confirm whether the PSS add-on can be granted as an exception to the POC scope.
- **Adobe:** Add dummy data to Adobe’s Redshift environment and connect the environment to FAC.
- @Sharma, Shashank**:** Review the PrivateLink architecture diagram and initiate communication with Delta’s Network and Security teams for review and approval. Current estimated timeline for review and approval is **\~2–3 weeks**.
- @Yu, Grace**:** Use the updated SkyMiles IDs to generate new data for the Audience Enrichment and Profile Enrichment use cases.

## Next Steps — Week of 9/28

- Create the data model using Adobe’s Redshift environment.
- Create Federated Audiences using the dummy data ingested into Adobe’s Redshift environment.
- Continue working toward the PrivateLink integration with Delta’s Redshift EDW, pending PSS approval.
