If you are deviating from the item collection eligibility criteria used in the default lab content, it's advised that you make a collection in the UI first and then make GET requests to understand what the `constraint` and `uiModel` values are, as the former is PSQL and the latter is escaped JSON.

Execute each request in this order:

1. Create Decision Item
   1. Retain the `"id"` value returned in each response. This is passed to the next request.
2. Create Item Collection
   1. Retain the `"id"` value returned in the response. This is passed to the next request.
3. Create Selection Strategy
