In this exercise we'll test the journey we've build.

In Adobe Journey Optimizer you can run journeys in test mode to test if the outcome of your journeys aligns with your requirements. 

To enable test mode, click on **Test mode** on the top right of your journey.

While in test mode, you can not make changes to the journey. You'll also notice that the left menu is replaced with the Test mode panel.

1. Set the **Wait Time** to `40 seconds`. This feature overwrites any wait-activities or timeouts with the given value. This will mean we do not have to wait 1 day for the Email Clicked Reaction Event to time out.
2. Click on **Trigger an event**. This will open a window. In this window you can choose a profile to be in the **boostGoLive - Boost Go-Live** Event.
3. Fill out all the values for the event.
   - Set **Event Type** to `boost.golive`
   - Set **Boost ID** to `boost1`
   - Set **Description** to `Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping football match with our Goal Rush Boost! Place your bets on the upcoming clash between Manchester United and Liverpool, and double your winnings if your team scores in the first 15 minutes. Don't miss out on this limited-time offer to maximize your excitement and earnings. Bet now and feel the rush!`
   - Set **Event ID** to `34325434`
   - Set **Image URL** to `https://dsn-upload.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/projects/sacker-6YNK/46Y7cO1%24%24-thumbnail`
   - Set **Title **to `Goal Rush Boost: Double Your Winnings!` 
   - Set **Valid Until** to `2025-05-14T16:00:00+00:00`
   - Set **Profile identifier** to `your profile's Email ID`\*
4. Click **Send** to start the test.

The window will close and the test will now start. In a few moments you'll see more arrows turn green. This is your test profile moving through the journey. You will receive the first email within the next minute. Your screen should look like this:

You've now tested your journey. 

1. Turn off test mode by clicking **Close** in the top right corner.
2. Click the **\<** in the top left to navigate back to the **Journeys overview**.
