## As part of this section we will create two Audiences in Adobe Experience Platform:



1. **Basic Form Abandoners: **

         This is an Event data based segment. It will include customers who;

- Visited the we.Healthcare Site and started filling out an application form but did not finish

**     **2**. High Propensity to Purchase Individual Policy Form Abandoners: **

       This segment will expand on our first segment and add additional profile attributes. It will include customers who;

- Visited the we.Healthcare Site and started filling out an application form but did not finish
- Have an Account Type of "**Individual**"

1. Have a Propensity for New Policy value of **> 0.7**
