### Medicare Enrolled Offers Journey

When a customer visiting the website enrolls for Medicare Plan, it gets updated to the  customer profile. We can use this behavioural information to create an audience for such customers/visitors and rollout email/sms/push communication to those customers.

We can also add other services or offers from Apollo Hospitals to upsell/cross sell depending on the user profile.

### What do we need to create for this use case?

1. An **audience**
   *That contains all customers who have subscribed to our newsletter.*

2. A set of **offers**
   *To recommend the suitable services/offers to customers.*

3. A set of **email** messages
   *To send to these customers.*

4. A **journey**
   *To send the email message to these customers.*
