### Connections  

Thanks to **Customer Journey Analytics stitching**, identities and behaviours from multiple sources are automatically unified, eliminating the need for teams to spend time manually stitching and wrangling data. 

We can select the datasets from Adobe Experience Platform that we want to connect for further analysis in a simple UI-based workflow.

For example, we can have a connection of datasets with data coming from IKEA’s website + app + call-centre + in-store purchases and returns. With this connection, in a single view, we can see and analyse the whole customer journey instead of doing siloed channel analysis.

### Data Views

**Customer Journey Analytics’ Data views **provide a powerful and flexible way to shape, filter, and organize data for specific analysis needs. These data views can be consumed not only within CJA but also in external tools such as BI platforms or even Jupyter notebooks, giving analysts and data scientists freedom to explore and operationalize insights wherever they work.

Multiple data views can be created for different teams, regions, or use cases at no extra cost**,** ensuring everyone works with the structure and definitions they need.
