Booking Journey
Booking Journey
When a customer books a flight on our website, we want to send them a confirmation email with booking details. If the customer is not a member of our loyalty program, WKND Club, we want to incentivise them to sign up.
What do we need to create for this use case?
- An event To see when the customer books a flight.
- An audience To check if the customer is a WKND Club member.
- An email message To send to these customers.
- A journey To send the email message to these customers.
