# Overarching Story
The customer meets the criteria for a Premium Account. Now SecurFinancial focuses on deepening the relationship — engaging them through personalized, consistent messaging and nudging them towards upgrading to a Premium offering.

If you don't have your test profile's ECID at hand, you can find your test profile in AEP using your email address.
Otherwise you can open the **Profile Viewer** in the Secur Financial website.

After 5 minutes since the begining, you should be a member of the audience **\[Example] Premium Loan Qualifiers**. Open the **Profile Viewer **to see that you're qualified for **\[Example] Premium Loan Qualifiers** audience.
Few days after his last action, the customer will go back on the Secur Finacial website. A web banner will be triggeered at the top of the page about to give him information about a premium loan.
After 5 minutes, you should be part of the audience **\[Example] Premium Loan Qualifiers**. Open the Profile Viewer to confirm that you are qualified for the \[**Example] Premium Loan Qualifiers** audience.
A few days after their last action, the customer returns to the Secur Financial website. A web banner is triggered at the top of the page, providing information about a premium loan.
- Launch the **homepage**.
You should see this banner:
