# Overarching story
The customer finally decides to return to the website to complete their personal loan application. He goes to the Secure Financial website and complete the subscription. If he do not sign his application, he receives a reminder message via his preferred channel.

## Loan Application
You finally decide subscribe to the loan. Go to the Secure Financial website and complete the purchase.
- On the Secure Financial website open the** Loan** page.
- Select the **SecurFinancial Personal Loan**

- Fill the empty field on each step
- At the end, you can **submit**

**IMPORTANT**: leave the toggle `I authorize SecurFinancial to verify my credit.` disabled.
At the end, your page should look like this:
- Click **Return to home page**.
In a couple of seconds, your application is confirmed and you'll be redirected to the Home Page.
## Confirmation email
You will receive an email containing a summary of your Loan subscription. Depends of the loan you subscribed, the email will include a personalized banner to provide you more information.
- Open your email client.
- Open the email with the subject "Application has been received".
At the bottom of the email you can see the personalized banner that give you information about your loan.
## Follow up email
*As you did not have time to sign your application, you receive a follow-up email a week later* reminding you to complete it.

- Open your email client.
- Open the email with the subject "Signature Expected".
# What is needed
- An **event-triggered journey** To send the customer first communication about the loan subscriptinon.
- A **confirmation** **email** With a recap of the subscription and an information banner.

It can be a push notification or an email, based on customer preferences, reminding them to sign the subscription.
