### After creating and customizing our Data View, we are ready to build our reporting dashboard, i.e. CJA Workspace.

In the following section we have recapped the exercises that we will cover together during the bootcamp. To make the best use of our limited time, we have created an 80% pre-built dashboard and included strategic exercises throughout.

- Data Evaluation: let's start with building a dashboard to understand and QA the data coming into our workspace.
- *You are asked to create an executive summary for a new product launch (Round Sunglasses) and you need to use a new Data View that you have not seen before.*
1. Add the correct Data View: **Socal Bootcamp**
2. Add correct Date Range: **HOL // Date Range**
3. Add freeform table
4. Dimension: **Dataset Names**
5. Metrics: **People, Sessions, Events**
6. Find the Product name and drop it in your freeform to see if it exists in the data: "**Round Sunglasses"**

- Once we have validated the availble data we are ready to build reporting. **First task at hand is creating a quick way to reference the most important KPIs.**
1. Add a Summary Number visualization for **Total Revenue**:
2. Find the data source for existing Summary Numbers: **click the lock icon and click "show data source"**
- Create the visualization: r**ight click on the top cell under Revenue and select Summary number **
- Lock, Rename, Resize (replace the Call Center Revenue)

- **Next let's keep an eye on how our Orders are trending over time:**
1. **Create a trended line** for Orders by channel.
2. **Use intelligent captions** to quickly isolate when orders spiked.
3. Share this caption with your team.

- **Next, let's add a month over month Summary Change visualization for Revenue**

**After having surfaced our high level KPI analysis, let's dive into some deeper actionable insights. Let's start with reporting on Call Center user behavior. **

- An operations manager would like to understand **how Web behavior may be impacting Call Center volumes**
- *Task: Leverage AttributionIQ to see what are the top web pages that lead to calls.*
1. Add Freeform table
2. Dimension: **Retail Web Page Name**
3. Metric: **Call Starts **
4. *Notice: No values. We need to use Attribution IQ to modify the attribution model to be time or person based in order to obtain a correlation (2 events cannot occur at the same point in time).*
5. Duplicate Call Starts and **modify attribution to Time Decay**
6. **Ask the AI Assistant** "What are all the attribution models" and then "What algorithm does the Algorithmic model use?"
7. We can dive deeper by adding Call Topic to the pages with the highest call volume

**Next let's review an example of how audiences can be published from CJA to AEP for activation. **

- A marketing manager would like to target customers that were presented an offer (AJO), rejected the offer and then went to the Sunglasses page
- *Task: Leverage the Fallout visualization find people who completed a specific sequence and make this audience available in AEP for activation*
1. Add Fallout Visualization
2. Select Dimension: **Event Type** and Dimensional Item: **offer.presented** and place in Add touchpoint
3. Select Dimension: **Event Type** and Dimensional Item: **offer.rejected** and place in Add touchpoint
4. Select Dimension: **Retail Web Page Name** and Dimensional Item: **Sunglasses** and place in Add touchpoint
5. Right click and select Create filter from touchpoint
6. Right click and select **Create audience** from selection

**Lastly, let's incude marketing channel data reporting alongside our other omnichannel analysis. **

- Create a Flow visualization to show the amount of in-store orders that originate from our Marketing Channels.
1. Create a new Flow
2. Add Orders to our Exit point and set pathing dimension to Channel
3. Filter the middle node for "pos" (point of sale).
4. Add Campaign Channel to our Flow chart as the very first node.
5. Notice how Paid Search is leading to the most in-store orders. We could create a Filter or Audience from this path.

This completes the totality of the hands-on CJA exercises. We will review a few more pre-built reporting examples and use-cases together as we continue exploring this dashboard.
