## Create a Personalized Offer

NOTE:  Some exercises may vary during the actual Hands on Lab versus what is listed in the HOL Page, due to industry setup and / or Presenter preferences.

### Create an Offer

1. Click on “Offers” from the Left Menu

2. Click on Create Offer

3. Select “Personalized Offer”

### Define Offer Details

1. For name of Offer, type “Luma Coupon Offer - Your Name”.

2. Populate the date ranges for Start and End Dates

3. Add your collection qualifier by search by your initials.

### Add Constraints 

1. Set Offer Eligibility. Select Visitors who fall into one or multiple segments

2. Drag on these segments: Gold Loyalty Members and Platinum Loyalty Members
3. Set the Logic between segments as "Or"

4. Set Priority: 100.  Do not Set Capping. Click "Next".
5. On the next screen, we will set up the Representation of the Offer.



## Add Representations

1. Select Email as your channel.

2. Select the "Email - Image" as your placement

3. Click Browse

4. Select the 10% Coupon Image. Click Select.

5. Provide the Destination Link: 
6. [https://builder.adobedemo.com/run/luma](https://builder.adobedemo.com/run/luma”)
7. Click Next
8. On the next screen, you can view a summary of your Offer:

9. Click Finish to save your Offer.
