## Create a Personalized Offer

### Create an Offer

1. Click on “Offers” from the Left Menu

2. Click on Create Offer

3. Select “Personalized Offer”

### Define Offer Details

1. Add and Offer name.

2. Populate the date ranges for Start and End Dates

### Add Constraints

1. Select Email as your channel.

2. Select "**By defined decision rule**" as your offer constraint and select "**West Coast Market**" as the rule.

3. Select "Email - HTML 1" as your placement and "Custom" as your content

4. Add your HTML snipped to the representation.
5. Add two more HTML representations using placements "Email - HTML 2" and "Email - HTML 3", repeating steps 3 and 4.

### Add Representations 

1. Select "**Email - HTML 1**" as your placement and "Custom" as your content

2. Add your [HTML snippet](https://tvdocs.adobe.com/pande-specialist-hol/offer-materials) to your representation
3. Add two more HTML representations using placements "Email - HTML 2" and "Email - HTML 3", repeating steps 3 and 4.
4. Review your Offer Details. Click Finish and Save and Approve

Your offer should look like this:
