This lab will walk through the steps to create a Campaign in Adobe Journey Optimizer.

NOTE:  Some exercise steps may differ from lab presentation content.  



1. Navigate to Campaigns

2. Click on “Create Campaign”

3. Click on "In-App Message" under Actions and then choose the "DXDemoAppv2" from the message surface dropdown. Then click Create.

4. Provide a title, description and category (Marketing/Transactional)

5. Under Actions, click 'Edit Content'

6. Within the Message Designer, select "Modal" as the Message layout format

7. Choose a button style and Media image from Asset Essentials.

8. Provide the Header and Body copy, add personalization as needed.

9. Add the button along with its label and interaction event.

10. Review and confirm your message design

12. Under Audience, choose 'All Users' or 'Select Audience' to use a previously defined segment. Leave ECID as the Identity Type:

13. For this example, we will not include an Experiment.  Click on Edit Triggers to define how often the In-App Campaign is shown.  Alternatively, you can leave it as the default.  Click DONE to complete the Trigger configuration.

15. Click Review to Activate

16. Confirm your message design and then exit out of the designer.

17. Next, set up the Audience. Choose appropriate segment or rule. Choose ECID for Identity Namespace and select desired message Trigger option.

18. Then, set up the Campaign Schedule. Choose desired options for Start and End dates.

19. Finally click 'Review to Activate'.
