This lab will walk through the steps to create an Offer in Adobe Journey Optimizer.

NOTE:  Some exercise steps may differ from lab presentation content.  

## Creating a personalized offer

1. Navigate **Decision Management --> Offers --> Offer Tab **
2.

3. Click on the top right corner button, "**Create Offer**"
4. Give a name such as: "**Credit Card Offer - Initials**"  (Initials - indicates the attendee/participant initials.)
5. Give a **start** and **end** dates.
6. Search for your **Initials** on the **Collection Qualifiers** and click on it.
7. Click **Next**

## Adding Representations and Content

1. Select Channel: **Email**
2. Select Placement: **Email - Image - Initials**
3. Select **Asset Library** Navigate to **FSI folder** and select the Gold Credit Card Image.
4. Give a Destination URL: [https://dsn.adobe.com/web/securfinancial2/credit-cards](https://dsn.adobe.com/web/securfinancial2/credit-cards)
5. Click **Next**.

## Configuring Offer Constraints or Eligibility

1. Select **Visitors who fall into one or multiple audiences**
2. Add the following segments: "**High Income Customers" and "Medium Income Customers".**
3. Leave the **Capping** toggle **off** and **Priority** set as 100
4. Click Next

6. Review the summary information for your Personalized Offer.  When complete, click "Finish" to save your Offer:

8. Click "Save as Draft" or "Save and Approve"
