### Booking Journey

When a customer books a flight on our website, we want to send them a confirmation email with booking details. If the customer is not a member of our loyalty program, Privilege Club, we want to incentivise them to sign up.

### What do we need to create for this use case?

1. An **event**
   *To see when the customer books a flight.*

2. An **audience****
   *To check if the customer is a Privilege Club member.*

3. An **email** message
   *To send to these customers.*

4. A **journey**
   *To send the email message to these customers.*
