These are the building blocks of your offer. They define the channel and the type of content. The combination of a Collection Qualifier and a Collection allows for dynamic organization of offers, so automatically are catalogued and queued for decisioning once active. 

## Creating Placements

1. Navigate to **Components** under **Decision Management**. 
2. Click the top right button **Create Placement**
3. Name your placement as "**Email - Hero Image - INITIALS**"
4. Select the channel **email** and **content typ**e image.
5. Click **Save**.

## Collection Qualifiers

1. Click on the **Collection Qualifier** Tab
2. Click the button top right: **Create collection qualifier**
3. Add a lable: "**Lending + INITIALS**", Click **save**

## Collections

1. Navigate to **Decision Management --> Collections**
2. Click on the top right corner button "**Create collection**"
3. Give a name such as "**Home Lending Collection - Initials**" 
4. Select Create **Dynamic collection**
5. Click **Next**
6. Under the collection qualifiers (On the left hand side). Search your initials. And select them.
7. Click Save.
