In this exercise you'll start to browse web site pages as if you were a customer.

You'll learn:

- how to look up a profile in Adobe Experience Platform and view it's events.
- View the identity graph and understand how anonymous and known profiles are stitched.

## Visit the website

:::hint{type="info"}
Ensure you've completed the [Website Setup](docId\:Z4lMUt98FgL3QNuCHx6AK) steps before proceeding further.
:::

In your chrome browser click on the Adobe icon in the top left of the website:

This opens our xray panel, which is a demo widget to show the data being collected into Adobe Experience Platform. You can see right now, we don't know much about you, we have just an anonymous cookie id. Adobe's **ECID. **

Close the panel, go to price pages on curvv website, and eventually browse a few others. Reopen the xray panel. Change to the **Events **tab, you'll see the that each page view is being tracked as an event tied to the **ECID. **

:::hint{type="info"}
Right now we are considered a pseudonymous profile in Adobe Experience Platform. You can look up the profile in AEP using the ECID if you like. Pseudonymous profiles can be used for onsite personalisation but we need to stitch ECID to a customer identifier before we can do much else with it.
:::

Check also the audiences your profile belongs to in the XRay Pannel. you should see **Checked prices**. We used your behaviour to qualify you for this segment.

![](https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/1Jp0iolWv35Z_mkI7oUiT/uraQoETbumnF3HiMBEeYD_image.png)

Go back to the overview Pages. You should see a banner displayed to ask if you need a Loan. This is displayed because you checked the price pages.

![](https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/1Jp0iolWv35Z_mkI7oUiT/TWP1CpBYDmAGAZzKMTU6F_image.png)

Scroll down and change color of the car. Your preferences will be stored in AEP.

Now, start a chat with the bot. This part is just to show we can capture the interaction with the bot in AEP, and use PII collected to stitch the profile. The interaction are not Automotive specific. In the first question, select *I want to track last purchase*, then provide your email address.

:::hint{type="success"}
This event will now stitch the pseudonymous browse profile with your known profile.
:::

On our Demo, we will consider that you are an existing Tata customer who purchased a car some years ago. We will see how we consolidate your past purchase with thisweb session in the next exercise.
