We want to increase whoosh delivery users, for this:

- We want to trigger a journey on a daily basis.
- We want to target only active customers who do atleast two set pf shopping for more than £40 pounds via non-whoosh mechanisms but live in a whoosh eligible area
- Based on the current weather in the city, personalise the whoosh marketing push notifications.
- In case they dont respond to the push notification, sent a reminder email about the benefits of whoosh delivery.
- Personalise the website homepage with whoosh if they are in qualified as the target audience.
- If the customer does an in-store purchase thats eligible for whoosh delivery, remind them that it could be done better with whoosh.
- At any point in time, if they place a whoosh order, dont contact them anymore.

### Key Journey Steps:

- **Audience : **To trigger the journey, we will use audience qualification so that only the eligible customers will be targeted
- **Custom action : **Call an external weather system to get the current weather
- **Event:** To understand whether the customer has placed a whoosh order or an in-store purchase.
- **Wait Period:** Includes a waiting period to allow event to take place before further actions are taken. If they purchase any point of time, exit the journey and supress any communication.
- **Email Notification:** Sends an email to the customers, highlighting the items in the basket.

### What do we need to create for this use case?

*To target the audience who are active customers who dont use whoosh but is in whoosh possible area.*

2. A custom action

3. An **event** ****
* To capture the in-store purchase of a customer*

4. **Email** messages
*Personalised to the customer, with whoosh benefits*

5. A **journey**
