Welcome to the hands-on labs at Adobe Content Lab: From idea to performance. The way people discover brands is changing: answers increasingly come straight from an LLM rather than a search results page, so brand visibility now depends on how AI models understand, cite and recommend your brand. At the same time, consumers expect more content, personalised for them, which means rethinking the Content Supply Chain end to end.

Over two days you will work directly with the solutions, using real scenarios and exercises guided by Adobe experts. The goal is to give you practical skills and to show you how easily you can build your own use cases with the CX Enterprise solutions.

## Day 1: Brand Visibility & Agentic Web

You will use Brand Visibility with your own brands and real queries in LLMs. You will learn to measure and improve your brand's presence in AI-generated answers, and how agentic AI is changing the rules of brand visibility. You will also do some agentic web authoring and finally end the day with creating a brand concierge that will make the conversational experiences for the brand.

## Day 2: Content Supply Chain

You will use Adobe Assets, GenStudio for Performance Marketing and Workfront to set up your own content flow. You will learn to scale content production, from creation and planning to activation, without losing quality or brand consistency. In the second half, you will use the Adobe CX Enterprise coworker to support content authoring and management through natural-language interactions.

## How the labs work

Each lab follows a structured process of guided step-by-step instructions, interactive exercises and collaborative discussions. 

By the end of the two days you will understand the Brand Visibility and Content Supply Chain solutions, their functionalities, and how to use them to optimise your customer interactions. You are encouraged to participate, ask questions and share insights as you go.
