Go to the *Journeys* menu

Duplicate you basic journey:

Name it **your\_last\_name-customer\_care\_journey**

Edit the journey (click on the name) and drag\&drop the events named *02\_Qualify\_Lead* followed by *03\_Develop\_Lead* this way:
