**Welcome to Unified Customer Experience Hands on Lab! **

The  objective of our Bootcamp is to help organisations understand how Adobe Experience Platform and it's connected eco-system can help to deliver customer experiences that are consistent, contextual and real-time in an omni-channel world.   

We will leverage our ficitional Telecom brand CitiSignal for the lab. 



The lab exercises demonstrate how your brand can use the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its connected ecosystem to:

- Analyse customer journeys and campaign performance 
- Build and activate high-value audiences 
- Personalise experiences at scale and in real time across channels
