There are 2 ways to deliver an offer : 

- Inbound (when your customer come to your web site or App)
- Outbound : when you want push a message ( SMS, Push, Email, etc).   



## Adding an Offer in your Journey

Go back to the journey you created previously, and open the Push Message. Edit the content, and click on **Open Personalisation dialog** icon for the Body

Go to **Decision policy** on the left side, then click on **Add Decision policy**

On the forst screen, give it a name of your choice, then move to the next one. 

Click on **Add**, then select **Selection Strategy**

Select the strategy **Telco - All**, then save

Click on **Next**, then **Create **to finalize the selection. 

We can now add the content of our offer in our message. Put your cursor at the end of the previous message, then click on **Insert Syntax**

You will a line of code added, this is a reference to our offer. Now navigate to demo apac> 

offer content > Text, then click on the **+** icon to insert the offer **Title**.

Click on save, then click on **simulate the content** to test your offer. In the drop down, select simulate content again.

We need to select a profile to see the personalisation with his best offer. If there is no test profile available in your list, click on **Manage test profile**

Select Email as an Identity namespace, then Add the email address you used on the web site. 

Also add this profile : [hol4u20@apac.aephandsonlabs.com,](mailto\:hol4u20@apac.aephandsonlabs.com) click on **Add Profile** to populate the list

Click on the left arrow on the top left corner to go back to the content, the select the test profile to check wich offer is displayed.

congrat! now your message is ready to be sent. 



## Adding an Offer in your Web or App. 

We will not get to the whole process of setting up a campaign, it has already been prepare for you. We will just quickly review the set up. 

To display an offer on web, we usually implement a Code Base Campaign, which will return a JSON or an HTM with information of the offer. 

Navigate to Campaign, Action, then open the **Telco - Online - Offer JSON** campaign

The set up is similar to what we've done for App Push, we call a decision policy, then return one or multiple offer with content needed for the web. 

One big difference is that we have to define the channel configuration. This is where we define on which page of your app, CRM, or Web this offer should be returned. 

Once again you may want to return different offer on different pages.

This campaign is already live, that the one who display the Combo offer we've seen previously. 

It will pickup automatically the new offer published. If your profile is eligible to your offer, go back to the web site and check the personalisation

You Should see a new offer displayed on the home page. 

Remarks : As we have multiple HOL attendees who've created the same offers than yours, with same priority, you may not see yours as the algorithm will select randomly one.
