## As part of this section we will create two Audiences in Adobe Experience Platform:



1. **Credit Card Abandoners: **

         This is an Event data based segment. It will include customers who;

- Started a credit card applicaiton but have not completed to the submit page.

**     **2**. High Value Abandoners: **

       This segment will expand on our first segment and add additional profile attributes. It will include customers who;

- Visited the Luma Site and added some products to their cart but did not purchase
- Have a **creditCardUpgragePrediction = 1**
- Also set** creditClassification** value to **Very Good** or **Execellent**
