Now that you've got your dormant customer audience ready, let's build the journey.

# Audience Qualification

1. In AJO, under *Journey Management*, click **Journeys** > **Create Journey**
2. Give it a name such as **\<your name> ZUS Reactivate Dormant Customers** and click Save.
3. Under Events in the left rail, drag-and-drop **Audience Qualification** to the canvas.
4. On the right click the **pencil icon next to Audience** and select the audience you just created (**\<your name> ZUS Dormant Customers**)
5. For the Namespace, select **Demo System - Email** and click **Save**

# Reactivation Offer

1. Under *Actions* in the left rail, **drag** **Action** into the main canvas and **drop it above End** (a + sign should appear)
2. Click **Push** > **Add**
3. Give it a *Label* of **Reactivation Offer&#x20;**&#x61;nd click **Save**

# Offer Redemption

1. Under *Events* in the left rail, **drag** **retail\_purchase** and **drop it on End**
2. Change the *Label* to **Offer Redeemed** and click **Save**. Here we are just looking for a simple purchase event but redemption data from your wallet/coupon system could be used instead.

# Follow-up Offer

1. Under *Orchestration* in the left rail, **drag Wait** and **drop it at the end** of the journey.
2. Change *Amount of Time* from 1 day to **3 days**. Click Save.
3. Under *Actions* in the left rail, **drag** **Action** into the main canvas and **drop it at the end&#x20;**&#x6F;f the journey
4. Click **Push** > **Add**
5. Give it a *Label* of **Follow-up Offer&#x20;**&#x61;nd click **Save**
