Create a Campaign
This lab will walk through the steps to create a Campaign in the Adobe Campaign V8 Web UI.
Navigate to Campaigns from the left navigation menu:
Click on “Create Campaign” in the top right corner of the screen:
On the next screen, define the Properties and Schedule for the Campaign. Choose a template, provide a Label along, an Internal name, Folder, Description and Nature. Additionally, setup a schedule for the Campaign.
Click Create.
You will arrive at a screen that shows a default Workflow for the Campaign. We will setup this workflow in the next lab.
Click on the Deliveries tab.
From this screen, you can either Create a new delivery by following the "Create a Delivery" lab or choose an existing delivery from the Deliveries list and click "Copy as template" to create a "Delivery Template".
Once copied as a template, that Delivery will be available to be choose when creating a new delivery for the Campaign.
Click on the template picker icon and choose the template from the list and then click Confirm.
After choosing the appropriate template, click Create Delivery.
- Confirm properties and settings for the delivery and then click the back arrow to get back to the list of deliveries for the Campaign.
- Add more deliveries (for different channels) as appropriate to the Campaign by either creating new ones or using existing templates.
