Create a Campaign Workflow

Within a Campaign, either setup the default workflow or use a template of an existing workflow.

We will create a new Workflow for this Campaign. Click on the Default workflow to enter the workflow designer. Click on the + icon, click Build audience and then choose the 'Female and Gold Customers' audience.

Then add a Split condition with 3 segments.

Then add a Split condition with 3 segments. First segment for Email, second for Push and third for SMS.

Then add a Split condition with 3 segments. First segment for Email, second for Push and third for SMS. Configure the deliveries for the 3 paths.
