Go to Workfront
Click on Main Menu
Click on Requests
Click on New request
Select Lloyds Campaign requests as the Request Type
Type "<Your name> - Bootcamp banner"
Select the priority of the request
Select a start date and Due date
Add the business challenge you are trying to solve with the campaign
Add the Campaign
Click on New requests dialog
Check Club Lloyds
Type "50000"
Click on Submit
