- What is the difference between RTCDP and CJA? RTCDP sits on Adobe Experience Platform as an application, shares the same data source as CJA, and focuses on audience building and activation, while CJA is a reporting platform for analysis and insight.
- What is required to create a CJA Connection? An Account dataset with Account IDs and an Event dataset with Account IDs.
- Can data be brought into a Dev sanbox? Yes.
- Is the Person Container still availble for us to use in CJA B2B? Correct, you don't loose anything that previously existed in CJA B2C.
- Can you edit a Connection map after having saved ut? Yes you can come back at any time and edit it.
- Is a session considered as web only? No it includes any channels included in the connection and uses all timestamps available.
- Do we need to make any implementation changes to use Attribution AI? No, this CJA feature comes out of the box.
- Can Audiences be exported to Marketo? Yes audiences can be exported as a static list.
