AEM Experience Governance

In this exercise you'll use Coworker's AEM Experience Governance skill to check copy, images, and whole pages against Frescopa's brand — automatically, without manual review.

By the end of this exercise you will be able to:

A new campaign draft has landed. Before it goes live, you'll ask Coworker to check it against Frescopa's brand. First the copy, then an image, then the whole page — the same gate a brand manager would apply, run in seconds.

List the Frescopa brand checks from governance.

Coworker uses the AEM Experience Governance skill to return the brand standards configured in the system — voice, tone, terminology, and the rules content must follow.

Ask Coworker to check the first draft:

Check whether this finished copy is on-brand for Frescopa. Evaluate it against the brand governance checks and return a per-check pass/fail/NA result with rationale: "TravelBrew is the ULTIMATE coffee machine for serious coffee experts! Get perfect results every time with our advanced extraction technology. Buy NOW!!! Don’t settle for basic coffee when you can brew like a pro anywhere. Grab yours today before it’s gone!"

This is supposed to be not on-brand as expected it fails in the brand check in coworker.

Prompt

Coworker flags the brand violations and explains each one. Expect it to call out, among others:

Now test a version written to Frescopa's voice:

Prompt :

Check whether this finished copy is on-brand for Frescopa. Evaluate it against the brand governance checks and return a per-check pass/fail/NA result with rationale:Great Coffee, Anywhere TravelBrew makes great coffee effortless, wherever the day takes you. Its smart brewing system gently draws out the rich flavour and aroma of your favourite blend, so a warm, satisfying cup is always within reach — at home, at your desk, or at a new destination. We craft it thoughtfully, keep it easy to use, and build it around responsibly sourced beans, so every coffee lover can enjoy it, not just a chosen few. Best for anyone who wants a proper brew on the move.

Coworker re-evaluates and confirms the copy now aligns with Frescopa's brand standards.

Governance isn't only for copy. Find an image, then check it:

Prompt :

Find approved assets of people enjoying coffee together

Select any on the image and that gets added to the conversation context.

Add this prompt Is this image on brand?

This will initiate a check on the image against the brand guidelines.

Finally, check an entire page against the brand:

Prompt:

Is this page on brand? https://main--frescopa-bootcamp--nirmaljosehere.aem.live/sustainability

Coworker returns a brand compliance assessment with a score and specific recommendations. Since it crawls the entire website and then validate each piece against brand, this will take a few minutes.
