Objective: Build high-value audiences using real-time data and identity resolution to respond quickly to market shifts.
In a competitive environment, the ability to understand and act on customer behaviour in real time is essential. Adobe Experience Platform’s Real-time CDP enables this by combining streaming data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation into a single, unified system.
Key Capabilities:
- Unified Profile: The Real-time CDP creates a single, comprehensive view of each customer by stitching together data from multiple sources—web, mobile, CRM, POS, call centre, and more. This enables precise targeting and personalisation.
- Identity Graph: Adobe’s identity graph resolves identities across devices and channels, linking anonymous and known behaviours. This ensures continuity in the customer journey and allows for cross-device targeting.
- Streaming Segmentation: Segments are evaluated continuously as new data flows in. This means audiences are always up to date and ready for activation
- Data Federation: Enrich and activate audiences using data that resides in external systems— without replicating it into Adobe Experience Platform.
