AI Assistant
Description
Claire can utilize the AI Assistant in Workfront Planning to enhance her campaign planning process for the WKND team. This tool is designed to extract key information from ingested documents, quickly summarize it, and integrate those details into new Planning campaign records. Furthermore, it can link existing pre-defined Planning records to newly created campaign records, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow for WKND's upcoming pet-friendly outdoor adventures campaign.
For best results, when creating a brief outside of Planning with the intention of connecting records upon ingestion, make sure that the document headers match the fields and record types in the workspace.
