Introduction
In this exercise, you'll use an annotated PDF to instruct the AI Assistant to make content updates to your Fréscopa website. Rather than describing changes in natural language, you'll upload a visual document that shows exactly what needs to change and where.
Prepare the annotated PDF
- Download 1-Update-FrescopaCoffeeSustainability-V1.pdf below and review it. This document describes the required changes in a visual, annotated format.

Attach the PDF to the AI Assistant
- In the AI Assistant, click the + icon in the lower left of the prompt bar.
- Select Attach files from the menu.

- Attach the PDF by browsing your files or dragging and dropping it into the prompt bar.

Submit the prompt
- Type the prompt below into the AI Assistant, replacing XX with your user number, and click the blue Send icon.
On https://main--frescopa--nirmaljosehere.aem.page/bootcamp/userXX/sustainability make changes based on the attached

The agent will analyse the attached PDF and create a plan of the changes to be made.

Review and generate the page
- Review the agent's plan to confirm the changes match your annotated PDF.
- Select Generate the page and click the blue Send icon. The agent will perform the updates.
Once complete, the agent will provide a preview link.
- Click Preview Page to review the changes.

Accept and apply the changes
Once you are happy with the preview, close the preview tab and return to the AI Assistant.
- Select Accept changes as draft and click the blue Send icon. This will apply the updates to the original page and make it ready for live publishing.

You have successfully updated a webpage using an annotated PDF. The agent interpreted the visual instructions, applied the changes to your Fréscopa sustainability page, and the updated content is now ready for publishing.
