As part of this section we will create the below two Audiences in Adobe Experience Platform:
- Insurance Aplication Abandoners:
This is an Event data based segment. It will include customers who:
- Visited the SecurFinancial Site, visit the Insurance Page and did not finish the application process
2. Customer who have Checking Account:
It will include customers who:
- Financial Account Name is Checking
- and Account status is Active
