PLEASE NOTE: Agreeing to the Adobe Hands-On Lab Terms of Use is required for any customer to gain hands-on access to the software featured in our Hands-On Lab offering. It is non-negotiable.



Adobe Hands-On Lab Terms and Conditions

Agreement. Your access to and use of the Adobe Hands-On Lab and its associated products hereunder (the “Hands-On Lab”) is governed by the Enterprise Licensing Terms previously agreed to by the company you are employed by or represent (“Company”) and Adobe, or if the Company has not previously agreed to licensing terms then your access to and use of the Hands-On Lab is subject to the current General Terms available at https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms/enterprise-licensing/overview.html (“Agreement”). By signing below, you confirm your acceptance of these terms on behalf of yourself, the Company, and other employees of the Company (herein, “You” or “Your”) and acknowledge and agree that you have the authority to act on behalf of and bind such entity(ies).

Feedback; Permitted Use. Adobe may solicit feedback (e.g., ideas, suggestions, proposals, or bug reports) from You throughout the trial via surveys and other means (“Feedback”). You grant to Adobe a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, copy, publicly display, modify, publicly perform, publish, and reproduce the Feedback. Adobe may also process, use, copy, transmit, aggregate, model, index, and store GenAI (defined below) input and output to improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of GenAI features. Adobe agrees that Feedback, input, and output are provided by You “as-is” with no warranty of any kind.

License. Notwithstanding any terms of the Agreement to the contrary, Adobe grants to You, for a term of up to 30 calendar days (“License Term”), a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Hands-On Lab for evaluation purposes only, which may include development and testing of customizations to evaluate potential configurations of the products included in the Hands-On Lab. Adobe may terminate Your participation in, and access to, the Hands-On Lab upon notice to You at any time without any liability to You. Upon expiration or termination of the License Term of the Hands-On Lab, You must discontinue using or accessing the Hands-On Lab immediately. Any material, such as data, code, audio, video, text, or images, that is imported by You, or at Your direction, into the Hands-On Lab will be deleted and will not be available upon the expiration of the License Term of the Hands-On Lab.

Restrictions. In addition to any license restrictions or limitations set forth in the Agreement, you may not conduct any performance testing on the Hands-On Lab environment, as scalability is limited and is not an accurate representation of production environment performance. The Hands-On Lab will not be connected to Your existing Adobe products and services.

If the Hands-On Lab includes generative AI functions (“GenAI”), You are solely responsible for input to GenAI and use of output from GenAI, and for ensuring output complies with the Agreement and applicable laws and regulations. GenAI output may be inaccurate, misleading, or unsuitable for Your use case, and may not be protectable by intellectual property rights. You agree not to submit prompts to GenAI that (A) include abusive or illegal content or data, or content that violates the rights of others, (B) include trademarks or other materials protected by third-party intellectual property rights, (C) are intended to create GenAI Output substantially similar to a third party’s work that is protected by intellectual property rights, or (D) are otherwise protected by third-party intellectual property rights. In addition, You agree that You will not use GenAI or outputs from the Hands-On Lab to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Notwithstanding any terms of the Agreement to the contrary, no express or implied warranties will apply to the products, services, and GenAI output offered as part of the Hands-On Lab; all products, services, and GenAI output are provided “as-is”, and no technical or other support is included during the License Term of the Hands-On Lab.

For purposes of the trial license granted herein, the products included in the Hands-On Lab and GenAI output do not constitute Indemnified Technology.

If Adobe allows You to connect Your third-party advertising accounts to certain Adobe products as part of the Hands-On Lab, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to connect to such accounts. You authorize Adobe to access such accounts for the purpose of taking any actions as Adobe deems reasonably appropriate in providing the Hands-On Lab. You remain solely responsible for all activities occurring under such accounts.
