During the Lab
What Sessions Look Like
Format: Interactive workshops combining demonstration and hands-on practice
Typical session flow:
- Adobe expert introduces the challenge and solution context
- Live demonstration of key capabilities
- Participants complete guided exercises in the sandbox
- Discussion connects the experience to your specific scenarios
Your role: Active participation. Labs are designed for learning by doing, not passive observation.
Our role: Adobe subject matter experts guide sessions, answer questions, and help troubleshoot.
Environment Access
You'll work in a dedicated sandbox environment that includes:
- Pre-configured Adobe solutions relevant to your modules
- Sample data and content (Sevoi Resort baseline or customized for your engagement)
- Permissions appropriate for hands-on exercises
- No impact to any production systems
Environment availability:
- Access begins at kickoff
- Available throughout the engagement week
- Continues for a limited period after wrap-up for continued exploration
Communication During the Lab
Scheduled sessions: Video conference (Teams/Zoom) with screen sharing
Between sessions: Office hours for ad-hoc questions, email or chat channel for async communication, and sandbox access for independent exploration.
Questions encouraged: Labs are designed for exploration. There are no "wrong" questions.
What You'll Walk Away With
During the Lab
- Hands-on experience: Direct interaction with Adobe solutions
- Scenario-based learning: Practice with realistic workflows relevant to your challenges
- Expert access: Time with Adobe subject matter experts who can address your specific questions
After the Lab
- Summary documentation: Key learnings, observations, and recommendations
- Continued access: Limited sandbox access for follow-up exploration
- Clear next steps: Path forward based on your evaluation criteria
- Follow-up support: Debrief session with your Adobe team

DAM Administrators | Asset management and governance configuration | Understand administration and maintenance requirements |
IT / MarTech | Architecture and integration patterns | Assess technical fit and implementation considerations |
Project Managers | Planning, visibility, and reporting | Evaluate operational improvements |
Executives | Overview demonstrations and outcome discussions | Understand strategic value and investment justification |
Tips for a Successful Lab
For Participants
- Come prepared: Review any pre-reading materials and understand your organization's challenges
- Engage actively: Labs work best when participants try things, not just watch
- Bring scenarios: Specific examples from your work help connect features to value
- Ask questions: No question is too basic or too advanced
- Take notes: Capture observations while they're fresh
For Coordinators
- Confirm attendance: Ensure committed participants for all sessions
- Minimize distractions: Encourage participants to block time and limit multitasking
- Gather input: Collect specific scenarios or questions from participants before the lab
- Plan follow-up: Schedule time after the lab to debrief as a team
What Labs Are (and Aren't)
Labs Are:
✓ Hands-on exploration with real software ✓ Safe environment to learn and experiment ✓ Collaborative experience with your team ✓ Opportunity to validate solutions for your needs
Labs Aren't:
✗ Sales presentations with slides ✗ A POC, pilot, or implementation that can be integrated with customer systems ✗ Configured with customer or sensitive data ✗ Setup to be transferable post engagement
Think of labs as the evaluation step that helps you make informed decisions.
Common Questions
Q: What if participants have different skill levels? Labs are designed to accommodate varied experience. Exercises have multiple levels, and experts adjust guidance based on the room.
Q: Can we focus on specific capabilities? Yes. During scoping, highlight priorities so your Adobe team can emphasize relevant areas.
Q: What if we can't complete all exercises? That's normal. The goal is learning, not completion. Continued sandbox access allows follow-up exploration.
Q: Can we record sessions? Discuss with your Adobe team. Some sessions may be recordable; others may have restrictions.
Q: What if someone can't attend all sessions? Partial attendance is possible but not ideal. Missing the kickoff or key modules reduces value.
