Scaled Creative Production
The Challenge
Creative teams face mounting pressure to produce more content variations for more channels, markets, and audiences. The math doesn't work: content demand is growing exponentially while headcount grows linearly.
Manual production processes cannot keep pace. Every new channel, every new market, every new audience segment multiplies the asset count. Creative teams spend more time on mechanical tasks (resizing, reformatting, background swaps) than on creative work.
The result: Maintaining brand consistency across high-volume output becomes increasingly difficult. When speed is the priority, brand compliance often becomes an afterthought, caught only in late-stage reviews that create expensive rework cycles.
What You'll Explore
This module walks through a six-stage production workflow, from photoshoot to localized delivery:
- Content Reviewer: The AI Review Checklist evaluates each asset against brand guidelines, color palette, and logo usage, flagging any violations before human review begins.
- API Automation: Firefly API and Photoshop APIs work in concert to perform bulk transformations, background removal, format conversion, and variation generation at scale.
- Localized Banners: A single approved asset is automatically produced as localized variations across languages (English, Spanish, French, and more), ready for channel deployment.
