Request Offers via Edge Network API
In this exercise we'll use the Edge Network API to send an event AND request offers to be returned.
Which offers are returned depends on the surface that's provided in the request. The surface aligns to the channel configuration defined in Adobe Journey Optimizer. You can have multiple surfaces - for example, you might have different areas in your app where you want to return different types of offers. Multiple surfaces can be requested in the same in the same call.
Open the Request offers - Edge Network API call in postman. Update the dataStreamId parameter to match your datastream.
Request Offers via Mobile SDK
Adobe's mobile SDK provides simple commands to request personalisation and use the same surface concept.

Tracking Impressions and Clicks
When a customer interacts with an offer it's important to return that information to Adobe Experience platform to feed the AI Ranking models and ensure any Capping rules based on customer interactions are enforced.
