Create a Collection Qualifier
- Navigate to Offer Components.
- Click on Collection Qualifier.
- Enter the Name: "ChurnRisk - Your Name"
Create a Collection
- Navigate to Offers in the Left Menu
- Select Collections
- Click “Create Collection”
Define the Collection
- Create a Name for the Collection: Example – “Churn Risk - INITIALS”. Select “Create Dynamic Collection”. Click Next
- Search for your initials and select
- Select Save
